Build Six Pack Abs With The Right Food!

Build Six Pack Abs With The Right Food!

When you want to build six pack abs, most people just think, “I’ve got to work out a ton and eat almost nothing.” Unsurprisingly, this tactic doesn’t often work.

I like to eat, and I’m guessing you do to. The good news it that you don’t have to do a crash diet, but you do have to alter your eating habits. Here are some pointers to get started…

– 5-6 Meals A Day –

Most people have a tiny and rushed breakfast, a normal sized lunch, and a huge dinner, with perhaps a few snacks in between. Which is not how you should eat to build six pack abs.

Rather than big meals, eat 5 – 6 little meals throughout the day. They will end up being about 2.5 – 3 hours apart.

This eating routine keeps your body constantly digesting food and, thus, keeps its metabolism up. This will make your body burn calories all day long, no matter where you are.

Rather than eating a ton of food up and having to wait 5 – 6 hours for the next meal, space them out. It’s some work, but you’ll be pleasantly surprised with how well this works to actually drop your weight.

Don’t Eat a Ton Right Before Going To Bed –

First off, eating a huge meal before going to sleep is a great way to gain weight. In fact, sumo wrestlers gain much of their prodigious fat by working out and then eating a TON all at once – and then sleeping.

You want to look like the opposite of a sumo wrestler, so your diet plan should be the opposite, too. No big meals and then sleeping!

You’ll be eating 5 – 6 small meals a day (as outlined above), but make the biggest meal at breakfast time. Your other meals will be pretty small, and your last meal before bed should be more of a snack.

– Undercut Your Normal Calorie Intake Slightly

You should eat less than you normally do, but only slightly. Why? Well…

If you cut your calorie intake too much, your body will think you are starving to death. Thus, it will do everything possible not to lose weight, and when you go back to eating more the extra food will go right into fat – in case your food supplies run out again;-)

And eating too much will just add more weight.

So just cut your calorie intake by 10 – 15{6fed281ec7a8abc92e2b781741b2370631fe85beacf5ac69d09adc3c180ad946}. This is enough to lose weight, but not such a drastic amount that you’ll be starving yourself.

By using all of these pointers you’ll be well on your way to getting six pack abs. But, if you need more diet and exercise ideas and information, check out the links below.
