Man boobs are usually called by an imbalance in the male’s hormone system or it can be caused from certain medication that man is on. The chest muscles get tighter and firmer in time no matter if you can do 5 or 50 at one time. Just by doing them will aide in shedding those unwanted fat tissue in the chest area.
  2. If you have a bench press or can get your hands on a cheap bench press this is a good way to shed those boobies. Make sure you start with a weight that you can easily do at least 10 or more at a time. Try doing 10 reps at a time and do this twice at each sitting. Try doing this every other day and you will see a significant difference in your chest.
  3. Doing curls with dumbbells is another great way to get rid of those boobs. By doing curls daily with roughly around 10 reps each time you should in a very short time see a significant difference in the way your chest is built.

By taking care of the body and losing some weight will also help in losing those unwanted boobs. If you were to drop some weight and do some of the exercises above in a very short time this will dramatically improve the look and strength of your chest and flatten out those male boobies you are carrying around. Don’t get mentally down because you have these man boobs, take charge of your life and start doing something about them and change the appearance of your body to what you want it to look like.
