With the weather starting to get warmer outside you probably have visions of going to the beach. This can be either good or bad depending on how you look. I recommend that you do for days of cardio at least 30 to 40 minutes each time. By doing this you’l quickly lose the weight you want in your abs will start to show through. For exercises it’s important that you use weight. Just like if you wanted to build other muscles in your body you would use weight. The same thing goes for when you want to build your abs. It’s all right if you want to do sit-ups or crunches but make sure your putting some weight on your chest while you are elevating yourself.
