Who wouldn’t want to walk around the beach with a nice set of chiseled abs? In this article I am going to show you a few tips you can use to finally lose weight and get great abs.
The first tip is to start eating six small meals each day. Eating these small meals throughout the day will keep your metabolism going which will burn more fat. You don’t always have to eat full meals. In fact, my favorite meal consists of a yogurt and a banana. I like to keep the really small meals for when I am working. It’s kind of hard to cook a chicken dinner at work.
The next tip is to do full body workouts. Most people think that all they need to do are a whole bunch of crunches or sit-ups. While I think you should do weighted decline sit-ups, they aren’t the only thing that gets you a nice set of abs. Also doing a full body workout will help you burn fat. Since there is no such thing as spot-reduction it’s important that you lose fat everywhere.
The last step is to set goals to get results. You want your goals to be achievable but you don’t want to make them to easy. Make it so that you are still challenged. A good example would be to “lose 10 pounds in 30 days”. If you had trouble losing any weight, this would be a great goal to have. However, it’s a lot more realistic than losing 50 pounds in a month like the people on “The Biggest Loser”.
