How to Get Rid of Man Breasts for Teenagers – Training and the Right Diet

This method consists of doing a mixture of multi-joint muscle exercises like Romanian deadlifts, squats, rowing, incline presses and bench presses for a high number of reps with 30 seconds or less rest in between stations. Typically, this method requires 3-4 rotations of the cycle.

2 – Losing Weight is not Enough:

Just losing weight will not diminish the appearance of man breasts. It will actually make them look flabby and saggy. The issue with this method is that it does not address the fact that man breasts are usually a combination of hormonal and fatty tissue issues. The above described routine can help eliminate the fatty part of this equation, but the hormonal part needs some more examination.

You must diet the right way in order to get rid of man breasts. This involves eating foods and taking vitamins that regulate hormones and increase testosterone in the body.

Foods like oysters, lean beef, broccoli, spices like turmeric and garlic, poultry, vitamins like vitamin B, B1, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid and zinc are shown to increase testosterone levels.

Combining the right nutrition plan with the right types of workouts are vitally important.
